Online Returns & Exchanges
All sale/closing down purchases made through the Famous Footwear online store are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law, and agreed upon with in the customer care team.
We kindly ask customers to choose carefully before completing their purchase, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or unwanted items.
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect:
- Please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@famousfootwear.com.au with your order number, details, and clear photos of the issue.
Our team will assess your claim and, if the item is confirmed as faulty, you will be offered a refund.Please note:
- Faults are assessed in line with manufacturer guidelines and consumer law.
- General wear and tear or damage caused by misuse is not considered a fault.
Cancelling or Amending Orders
As we aim to dispatch orders quickly, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed.
If your order has already been shipped, it will be considered final sale and cannot be cancelled or refunded unless deemed faulty.
Unclaimed Deliveries
If a parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, and we do not receive instructions from you within 30 days, a refund will be issued minus a $12.95 restocking fee and original shipping costs.This fee covers:
- Outbound and return shipping
- Repackaging costs
- Administrative processing
Please note - Famous Footwears returns policy has been updated from Tuesday 4/11/25 due to the nature of our closing down sale. If you have purchased prior to this date, please contact our team at customercare@famousfootwear.com.au.
